Start the Race! 
Dear Friends:
Action Philadelphia 2007 is my most recent inspiration and new found passion. During 2006 my interests and action oriented involvements were focused nationally. Now that there has been some positive sucesses in that arena, I have decided to speak out on local issues important to the City of Philadelphia. We are now at the beginning of a Mayoralty race which will conclude this fall. In reality, unless there is a very remarkable and very popular Republican candidate who steps into the race, the next mayor will be decided on May 15, 2007. Thus, we have less than five precious months to support a viable candidate who can make a difference to this city. In the meantime, we need to make the difference to have a worthy candidate elected.

There is also a primary race for City Council.
I will profile a few candidates with the potential to improve the quality of life in Philadelphia.
